What this site collects, why, and what happens to it. Written to describe what actually happens rather than what a template assumes.
Does this site use cookies?
No. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. That is why there is no consent banner between you and the content: there is nothing to consent to.
Does this site load anything from other companies?
No. Fonts, images and every other asset are served from this domain. Nothing is requested from a font CDN, an analytics provider, a social network or an embedded video player, so no third party receives your IP address or builds a profile from your visit here.
What personal data is collected?
Only what you type into the enquiry form and choose to send: your name, your email address, and optionally your business name, current website, budget and a description of what you need. Nothing is collected passively.
Why, and on what lawful basis?
To read your enquiry and reply to it. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — you contacted a business expecting a response, and replying is the whole purpose of the form. If you would rather we did not keep your message, say so in the reply and it will be deleted.
Who else sees it?
Enquiries are delivered by email through a transactional email provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. It is not shared with anyone else, not sold, and not used for marketing lists.
How long is it kept?
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement plus six years, which is the period in which a contractual dispute could arise.
What are your rights?
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being processed, or ask for processing to be restricted. Email krish@point28.co.uk and you will get a response within one month, usually far sooner.

How do you complain?
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, please raise it with us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk.
